An album, a release and a guitarist we have all been waiting for to do an album with his own name as the main artist. John-Kåre is well known for being a part of the duo Nest. But now he's releasing an album with his own band and we at Ponca Jazz Records are really looking forward to this!
On the album Days Hansen is introducing his new band Northern Concerpt playing acoustic and groove-based jazz with strong melodies as their main focus.
Release during the festival Festspillene i Nord-Norge (Harstad) June 27th.
BUT you will be able to buy the album earlier - the release through the distribution Musikkoperatørene will be June 14th.
Info about tourdates for a big tour during fall are soon to be released.

Hefte has released Chamber-jazz CD's, String Quartet with jazz Quintet, Bossa nova in Norwegian. Her last album was with the wonderful City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra - and now - something very different when it comes to among other things, orchestra.

LOVE EXIT ORCHESTRA - LEO is doing something about the fact that the the single released December 2012 - 'Believe it' - became a great success: The band will during spring 2013 release a complete CD digitally.
